Berne Fleming- President
Berne develops the strategic direction of GoRenter.com LLC and sets its goals. As president he oversees all operations and directs all managers in the direction of GoRenter.com LLC Berne is an Arizona native who graduated from Maryvale High School where he started on the State Championship Basketball team because of his excellent skills. He brings that team player mentality to the table with the GoRenter.com LLC lineup. He began his business career at the age of 18 by owning a Po Jo Billiard Golf Family Fun Center. He started his career in the pizza business in Texas by opening Tony’s Pizza. He is the founder and past owner of the Eatza Pizza Franchise, which he started in Phoenix in 1997, and grew to a network of twenty-six locations in four states. While Berne was busy managing this growing franchise system, he realized the opportunities in the real estate industry. He came to GoRenter.com LLC to further his real estate career and now owns over $6 million in real estate assets. He is also a realtor with the Arizona Board of Realtors and a Senior High Net Worth portfolio consultant.

Alan L Davis - Vice President, Senior Portfolio Consultant
Alan is a native of Arizona and continues to love living in the Valley of the Sun. He directs the East Valley Branch office. His business career began at the age of 22 with Revlon where he managed a production line of over one hundred employees. Desiring a new challenge he became a co-owner and manager of Tony's Pizza chain in Arlington, TX. After successfully investing in land, now worth up to $5.5 million, Alan began to assist others in their own Real Estate ventures. Alan became focused on real estate investing full time, and now owns multiple residential and commercial properties. As a portfolio consultant, he assists others in the acquisition and management of their own Real Estate investments.

Dan Manley - Designated Broker
Native born Arizonan, Dan has been in Real Estate since 1970. Attended Phoenix College and ASU.  An Eagle Scout, Dan has eleven children and 23 grand children. In addition to his broker duties, Dan is a Senior Portfolio Advisor, working with high net worth investors. Dan is a member of the National Board of Realtors, and licensed in several states. Dan is wildly recognized for his knowledge and real estate negotiating skills.

Dennis VanCampen – Management Sales Consultant
Dennis VanCampen works with homeowners and investors to set up their properties with property management at GoRenter.com LLC. He has extensive knowledge of the rental market in the Phoenix Valley. He is an Arizona Licensed Real Estate Agent.

Shawnn Battershell- Leasing Agent
Shawnn has been with the company for 2 years now. He has a high level of experience dealing with our tenants and owners. Shawnn has extensive knowledge of the rental market in the Phoenix Valley, as well as being an Az licensed real estate agent. Shawnn also is an investor. He assists and directs all aspects of our leasing department and leasing agents.
Shawnn also leases homes in Surprise.
